• Photocopy of Passport of Worker
• Iqama copy of worker
• National Address of the Employer
• Photocopy of the Nat’l I.d or Iqama / Hawiya of the Company/Owner/Manager
• Exit-Re Entry Visa of the worker (for those going for vacation)
• Fee of 40sar + Owwa Membership of 94sar a total of 134sar.

Note: All Pages of the Contract must be signed by both Employer and Employee
