The employer must pay the wage and liquidate the employee’s rights, including the end-of-service bonus, during:

1. One week at most from the date of termination of the employment relationship.
2. Two weeks from the date of termination of the employment relationship if the employee was the one who terminated; contract, and the end-of-service reward is paid to him
