According to these data, 102 new coronavirus infections have been recorded, down 26 from yesterday, keeping infections at their low rates that have been recorded since March 8.
Deaths also recorded zero again, after witnessing a remarkable rise yesterday with four deaths, and this is the fifth time that zero deaths have been recorded since the start of the pandemic, after being recorded four times last April. Total deaths thus stabilized at 9,093.

MANILA – For a safe online experience, users must create a strong password, Google reminded the public on Tuesday, ahead of the May 5 World Password Day.
Users are told to create strong passwords and safeguard their accounts by following this criteria:
Google also said its Google Password Manager could help internet users safeguard their log-in details.
Having separate accounts for social media and other websites makes it “imperative to have strong passwords to ensure security,” Google Philippines said in a statement.
“With Google Password Manager, not only can you easily generate strong passwords, you can save, manage and keep them secure across multiple accounts,” Google said.
Here’s how the Google Password Manager works:

President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the recommendation of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to stop e-sabong or online cockfighting operations.
Duterte’s decision came following a survey conducted by the by DILG in cities and provinces regarding e-sabong operations.
“And the recommendation of [DILG} Secretary [Eduardo] Año is to do away with e-sabong and he cited the validation report coming from all sources,” Duterte said during his prerecorded Talk to the People aired Tuesday.
“So it’s his recommendation and I agree with it and it is good. So e-sabong will end by tonight. Bukas. Lalabas ito bukas,” he added.
Duterte said he is leaving it to Año to order when the operations should be stopped.
“I leave it to Secretary Año kung kailan niya… it might be tomorrow or, at least, tomorrow night or tomorrow afternoon. Kapag na ano na ‘yan, because it is immediate. Immediately,” he said.
E-sabong operations hit the headlines recently following the disappearance dozens of persons involved in the industry. Its continued operations even during the Holy Week was also questioned.
Duterte said the message is “loud and very clear” that e-sabong is “working against our values.”

“These benefits shall serve them well while working abroad, as well as after their work tenure overseas,” ayon kay Jacinto.
